1. MEET WITH PEGGY

Discuss your goals and determine a course of action. During this time Peggy will complete a full market analysis that will evaluate and compare your property with others.

 

2. MARKETING PLAN

Peggy will execute a marketing plan devised specifically for you and your property. This plan may include open houses, various forms of advertising, agent networking, etc.

 

3. PREPARE YOUR HOME TO SELL

Once you have determined a plan, make sure your home is prepared to show before going to market. This may include pre-inspection, home staging, or repairs.

 

4. SEAL THE DEAL

Once an offer has been presented to you, Peggy will negotiate on your behalf the price, terms and conditions, knowing your goals and working to achieve them.

 

5. ESCROW PROCESS

During the escrow process there are many obstacles to maneuver. Peggy has the knowledge, experience and expertise to help you navigate through:

  • The lender process, including appraisal
  • The home inspection process, which may include a variety of inspections such as radon, sewer scope, oil tanks, wells, septic tanks, siding, roofing and boundary lines
  • The inspection repair process
  • Possible title issues

6. CLOSING DAY

Peggy will help you review the closing statement and guide you to the appropriate professional(s) to answer any remaining questions. Once papers are signed, documents are recorded, and funds are disbursed, the transaction will be complete.
