Mike is a native Oregonian. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Mike pursued his passion for business and real estate. In 1983, he launched Handel, Hasson & Jones, a residential real estate brokerage, in Lake Oswego. During that venture, Mike earned a reputation for smart business, strong ethics, exceptional client relationships, and respect from his industry. In 1991, he formed Hasson Company, Realtors®, opening its first office in Lake Oswego and NW Portland. Throughout the company’s growth, Mike’s fundamental goals and values have remained true and he continues to support the areas in which he does business through community involvement.

Steve Studley is the CEO of Hasson Company, Realtors. He graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. Prior to working at Hasson, Studley was the direct sales manager for Wynn’s ITW in Azusa, California, where he worked with several major accounts, such as Chrysler, General Motor, Mercedes Benz USA, and more. In 2008, Studley joined Hasson and eventually took on a role identifying growth opportunities within Washington and overseeing operations for the Vancouver branch. In 2015, Studley built a small real estate team of his own, at Hasson, and in January 2018, he became CEO of the company. For Steve, it's all about the personal connection, and as leader, he's committed to this value as it relates to employees, brokers and clients. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, coaching soccer, giving back to the community, and spending time with his two daughters.
Lynae has been with the company since 1992; she began as a broker and was later promoted to Managing Principal Broker. And now, as company President, all offices report to her directly as she oversees the real estate activities of the brokers. Lynae is dedicated to keeping up-to-date on market topics and is an active member of the real estate community. In 2016, she received PMAR Master’s Circle Managing Broker of the Year award and has participated in various committees such as Oregon Real Estate Agency Statute Review Committee (2016), Property Disclosure Revision Committee (2016-2017) and as a current member, and former chairperson of the PMAR Risk Management Committee. Lynae is a life-long Oregonian with a passion for sailing and the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.

As the Managing Broker, Tonia leads our Vancouver office by providing support, coaching, and industry insight for her Brokers. Her real estate experience spans more than 40 years; Tonia sold her first home in 1973. A true entrepreneur, Tonia has first-hand experience in housing construction and runs a motocross engine development company with her husband. She’s won numerous industry awards and designations, is a certified Real Estate Instructor, and is completely ingrained with the Clark County Real Estate community; all of which inform an empower her ability to support the office. Additionally, Tonia has served both as a Director and as Chair of the Grievance Committee of the board and currently serves as the Ombudsman for the Clark County Association of Realtors.

Raised in Southwest Portland, Andrew Misk is a true Oregonian with a passion for this region. He took time away from the Pacific Northwest when he attended TCU in Fort Worth, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Andrew is the Managing Principal Broker of both the Hasson Portland Uptown and Northeast/Irving offices. In addition to his 14 years of real estate experience, he successfully renovated houses and multi-family properties and gained the ability to project long and short-term project costs. Andrew’s keen financial understanding of the industry aids in his ability to cultivate strategic approaches for brokers to succeed in their business.

Patrice has been licensed as a Realtor® since 1975, and has served as the Director of Relocation for the Hasson Company since 1993. Patrice has called Colorado, Wisconsin, California, Virginia and Oregon home and knows the relocation experience inside and out. In her time at Hasson, Patrice has been awarded multiple regional and national awards for her devotion to broadening the scope and capabilities of Relocation offices, including the 2011 Leading Real Estate Hall of Fame award. Patrice was the 2012-13 President of the Portland Relocation Council, and regularly speaks at Relocation conferences and workshops.

Courtney returned to Hasson as the Director of Marketing in 2013. She previously served as our Marketing Coordinator from 2004-2007 before leaving to pursue her own freelance marketing and design business. Subsequent to that she held a commercial brokerage Marketing Specialist position at Norris & Stevens and a Marketing Manager position at Colliers International, where she was awarded the Colliers International US Marketer of the Year award in 2012. Courtney is driven to help brokers and potential recruits see the value in and increase utilization of what the Company offers in the way of tools, brand and support. She takes great pride in helping others see the big picture, all the while reinforcing the broker-centric model.

Melissa, a native Californian, worked in the Medical Insurance industry for ten years before becoming a licensed Principal Broker and co-owner of Stevens Realty, a small independent brokerage in Susanville, California. Melissa Peterson started at the Hasson Company in 2010 and has worked as Hasson's Director of Agent Services & Technology since November of 2012, when the position was created. Under her direction, Agent Services has expanded to all six offices, with Agent Services Representatives providing individualized marketing plans and personalized training on the tools and technology needed in today’s market. Melissa’s goal is to provide unparalleled support to the brokers so they can provide their clients with a smooth and efficient real estate transaction.

Dallas Forbes is a true Oregonian who grew up in Milwaukie and graduated from Milwaukie High School. Upon graduation, Dallas transformed his passions for photography and scuba diving into a twelve-year career as an underwater photographer and scuba instructor. Dallas excelled in this field and enjoyed his time traveling the world. When Dallas returned to Oregon he decided to apply the technological knowledge he acquired from working with advanced equipment into a hands-on role with the Hasson Company. As the Director of Information Systems, Dallas oversees large company projects to ensure optimal connectivity is achieved.

Keri Tadder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University. She utilized this knowledge after graduation by serving in the US Air Force for 22 years in a variety of human resource and project management positions worldwide. Keri was raised in Oregon City and is thrilled to be living in the Pacific Northwest once again. As the Hasson Company’s Operations Manager, Keri artfully oversees the administrative operations of the company, all the while providing great care and attention to the individual needs of employees and brokers alike.

Ned Stafford was raised in Ithaca, New York, and migrated south to Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. After college he served the nation as an Air Force Pilot then transitioned into real estate. As the Hasson Company’s Business Development Manager, Ned is a seasoned real estate professional with 45 years of experience and a lifetime membership with PMAR and OAR. Ned assumed multiple leadership roles throughout his real estate career, and as a result, he established himself as a local leading expert in the field. Ned’s management and business development skills are a strong asset to the Hasson Company’s current and future success.
